If a commission needs to be signed under NDA please let me know before commissioning other wise all Avatars done by me will be displayed in my portfolio/twitter/socialmedia with ur name in them.

I may occasionally stream while Creating the Avatar if you do not wish that to happen please let me know beforehead.

I reserve full rights to decline a commission request or Delay accepting it.

Payments are 50% upfront and 50% after the approval of the final model.

Milestones/Payment plans are available by request for amounts above 300$.

Payments accepted via paypal invoices only so please have a paypal email when requesting a commission.

Paypal Fees should be covered by the commissioner it will be added to the total invoice amount and it'll be approx 5$ for every 100$.

There may be additional costs for specific requests like props , some Expressions , toggles , extra outfits etc.

Downpayments are expected within 24 hrs after sending the invoice.

I will start working on ur commission once downpayment is recieved .

Unless there is a specific deadline that is established or a rush fee that is paid, I will not rush to complete your commission. I will get it out in a timely manner (less than a month) but it will not be my number 1 priority.

Its the commissioner responsibility to have the correct amount of money when requesting a commission and to be able to pay the final price when requested to do so , Failure to pay the correct amount on time may result in the commission being cancelled and the work commissioned may be used and edited as I wish or publicly sold, however incase of Sudden situations it will be understandable and we can reschedule the payment.

Full Refund can be given if asked before i start working on the model.

50% to 75% refund of the downpayment could be given after the First Model review in case commissioner didn't like it and wishes not to proceed.

Refunds will not be available after accepting first progress report

Do not commission me if you are having financial struggles.

If money has not been sent, the commissioner retains the right to cancel the commission and will be removed from the waiting list.

If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to use it as I wish, Share it or even sell it publicly.

Work In Progress screenshots and other updates will be given by default.

You will be updated with screenshots once per week , in case of delay you will be notified before it.

Work usually is done within one month depending on complexity of your model , it may take more in case of having mutliple outfit requests or many addons.

Commissioners get one big alterations only, after that its only minor changes that will be done otherwise additional payment may be required.

After the commission is done you still have the opportunity to request minor edits depending on the request additional payment may be required.

After delivery you are also still able to contact me if anything happened later on and it will be edited/adjusted but only if its a defect and not related to the design.

After Delivery any Adjustments to the model can be done with a fee depending on whats to be changed.

I retain full Right to Change/adjust my creations and use them somewhere else either for personal or Commercial use in a way that wont affect your model.

Once the final Model has been delivered to the commissioner, they obtain ownership of the model under a Personal Use License.

Reselling of the 3D model or it's parts is not permitted under any circumstances.

In case of having it as a Vrchat model , allowing cloning is Strictly prohibited and may result in Retracting the model rights from the user, However Permission could be granted ONLY if you ask me Directly and Pay a Fee of 30$ Per Clone.

All Vrchat models done will be only for Personal use unless as stated above.

For VRCHAT full commercial use a fee of 50% of the total payment must be paid .

for VTUBE models Commercial use is Allowed for Vtubing and merchandising and selling it as adoptable , along with regular personal use with the condition of crediting me as the creator of the 3D Model.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:

- Reproducing / using the copyrighted work or edited work commercially outside of agreed permissions.

- Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.

Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
